An engineer from DTU + Stanford, she has worked with IAS officers to run public programs at scale, across education, livelihoods and health. She comes from generations of entrepreneurs, but Kansha began closer to home: with her 91-year-old Nana and his continued zest for life.

She has spent close to a decade with Samarth Elder Care, coordinating care, responding to emergencies, and building communities for elders and their families. She believes good care starts with understanding people, and their need to keep living life on their own terms.
